Ad Sizes & Specs

• Finished trim size of magazine is 8.125" x 10.75"
• Full page ad is 7.625" x 10.25"
• Half page ad is 7.625" x 5.125"
• Quarter page ad is 3.8125" x 5.125"
• Eight page ad is 3.8125" x 2.562"

All photos and graphics must be submitted in hi-res format. 72 dpi graphics are not acceptable. If you submit a 72 dpi graphic or photo your image will be pixelated/blurred on the final printed piece. Graphics and photos need to be submitted at a minimum of 200dpi and a maximum of 300dpi. Please submit graphics in jpeg, tiff or eps format.

If you are submitting a "print ready" ad please submit in pdf format. All fonts and graphics must be embedded and color must be in CMYK. Please save down to Acrobat 4 to be compatible with inposition program.

Deadlines

Deadline for magazine is the 20th of the preceding month. Art submission and ad material are due by deadline. Magazine distribution is as near to the first weekend of the month as printing schedules allow.
